Dose anyone know why this is?

Firstly I'd just like to say this is my friends acount. Anyway I have been with my boyfriend 9 moths and we used to have a great life but now we don't have one at all and its my fault. I hate him seeing me naked or touching me and have started freeking out when we have tried having . Can anyone give me any advice or tel me why this is. Before anyone says this I love my bf more than anything.
