I'm having terrible boy problems. ): please, advice please!?

I like this guy, and he tells everyone that he doesnt like anyone, im pretty sure that he found out that i like him from some mutual friends. |: but anyway, im not sure what to do about it. idk what to do, should i tell him? should i stop liking him? we do kind of have a past, and the only thing wrong with him is that he has some communication problems, i realllllyy like him. please help, im begging, i need an outsiders opinon. and if i do need to tel him how i feel....how in the hell do i do that?
