Can't bear this pain any more!!?

Hello friends, this is somethg serious. I am having severe pain in the right side of my stomach. It's near my lovehandles. It pains occasionaly, specialy when I am having food. I am on medication since a month, but seems nothg is working. I am not able to tel this prob to my parents as they already spending too much behind this.. also, this pain is not new, It had occured a year back also, but it lasted for around 6 long months! Now again it has started. Doc says it is just an infection. If anybody has a slight idea or has went through the same please lemme know what exactly it is. Long back in my childhood, I was told that I will be having Gynac probs, but when tested they wer far different from gynac not even stone.. Xrays, Sonographys also failed! Please help me. :\
