My muslim husband is childish!!!?

I am married to my 20 yr old muslim husband and we have 2 children together. He is always whining and barely prays and never Qu'ran. I want him to set an example for me and our children and its also hard for myself to try to do right in islam when my husband isn't doing anything to motivate me. I try to wear my hijab but he is embarred. I make du'a but it seems like he will never change and understand that he has to do more than just go to work and pay bills, he has to be there for us. Someone plz help.
