Is it true that if I marry a Muslim that doesn't pray that I wouldn't really be marrying a Muslim?

its ur choice but praying doesn't make the individual a good person.u have people who pray and yet they abuse their wives. its always about the person you could marry a good non muslim or a bad muslim and viceversa .With that said usually a muslim who prayes would obviously fear god more then the non praying muslim .
