Im pregnant is it likely my boyfriend can switch probation'/?

i found out last week that i am 18 weeks pregnant. my bf lives in washington and is on probation, for something stupid. But it was a felony. I am going to be needing his help with the baby. and the baby is going to need her father. is it lkely they will switch his probation here to oregon?
