Anybody wanna try putting a quadrilateral into a square and giving me a ratio for dummies?

Square PQRS has side length s. Points T, U, V, and W are chosen on sides PQ, QR, RS, and SP respectively so that length PT=QU=RV=SW=1/5s. Find the ratio of the area of quadrilaterl TUVW to the area of PQRS. Give your answer as a fraction.
